Welcome to the Flite Test Project Management platform.

Quick Overview:

• Projects (quick video): these help structure your work, share and collaborate with other members or teams. Projects can also be nested (if you need to organize your work into categories, types, etc). Select or create a project on the top-left corner of the window.
• Work packages (quick video): these are your to-do list items.
  • There are 3 main types of work packages:
    • Tasks - the smallest block in your project.
    • Phase - a group of tasks.
    • Milestone - events set at a certain date/time or marking the completion of a phase.
  • Each of them can:
    • contain work details, attachments, comments, etc.
    • be assigned to members or teams
    • have predefined deadlines
    • be made dependent of each other
    • be updated to a different status or progress level.
